I'm kinda tired hearing about the "class" JC has. I would counter that while that may be so, Colt, who let's face it, a better QB than Collins, has shown class, and oh yea a lot of talent. I don't see any difference in this years Skins team and last years Falcons or Ravens. Top 5 defense, offensive weapons. Rookie QB's for the other teams had great seasons. This season, they enter as an improved team with last seasons game experience. When Colt goes in for JC, and it's gonna happen, we will all find the "missing" piece, and the Skins will return to championships. Hang in there Colt, you've got talent, fans, and you've got class.

I'm baffled! We don't extend JC, we go after Cutler and then Leftawich and the mock draft talking head (what a job) says we want Sanchez! Am I missing something? We have the college record holder for most passing records sitting on our bench and there has been absolutely NO TALK of giving Colt a chance. Jason is a nice kid, but has demonstrated absolutely NOTHING that should guarentee him the job. Where are the words competition or making JC earn the job! I'm sorry if were not going to give Colt a chance why not just release him and let him find success somewhere where he might get a honest chance to succeed! Colt, your the man, the braintrust of Lil Dan and Vinney just are bright enough to figure it out!

I'm sorry if were not going to give Colt a chance why not just release him and let him find success somewhere where he might get a honest chance to succeed! Colt, your the man, the braintrust of Lil Dan and Vinney just are bright enough to figure it out! Things to consider: Apparently Sanchez will be gone before Washington picks. He is quickly rising up boards. This is a huge mistake by all the teams and the reason is this; he has all of 16 college starts and is leaving school as a Junior. Junior QB's in the NFL have a track record of failure. From Jeff George to Tim Couch to Ryan Leaf to Vince Young to Michael Vick - who was never a QB, just a glorified RB, to JaMarcus Russell, who still hasn't proven anything one way or the other, but most feel he's shown more on the bust side than being a quality QB... At some point in 2009 the Redskins will turn to Colt. That will be his opportunity to show everybody that he belongs as the everyday starter. There is an IT factor that all great QB's have. Montana had it, Stabler had it, Elway had it, Marino had it, Namath had it, Brady has it... I think Colt has it too. He's a leader and a winner. The Redskins will soon discover what the rest of us already know.

I am a huge jets fan and I believe the Redskins should give Colt a chance or release him because I think he will prosper in this league with or without the 'Skins because the Jets a currentlly in a mess of a situation and Rex Ryan would have to be legally retarded not to go after Colt either by trade or if we could be so lucky to land after being released by the 'Skins. It's funny because all of these Nfl teams say these quaterbacks from Hawii are only good because of the system they played in college and Colt isn't the only one to face this discrimination Jimmy Chang came outta Hawii after a huge college career and was instantlly black-balled from the entire league he had a tryout with the Detroit Lions but was never givin a shot by any team so I guess we cam be happy that we at least still have a chance to see what Colt has got.

I hear you guys! The kid needs a chance. Snyder needs to back off and let the kid play! They must know something we don't.

Believe me, they don't. When you draft an H back out of Idaho that is coming off a knee injury when you need definite help on the offensive line...there's no way you can convince me that they know something we don't. The OLine look absolutely terrible the last few games and what has the front office done to remedy that? Nothing. I don't want Colt playing if we don't have the line to protect him. I'm with everybody else, I agree that he needs a shot but I'm starting to think that DC is almost as bad of a situation as the one in Oakland.

I believe the team will rally to protect a leader they are passionate about. The oline will be there, the receivers will catch more and the RBs will gain more. It all gets better when a disciplined team plays with genuine passion. Colt has inspired that quality in the past and will do so again.
HAIL!
