So, if anyone that visits the ExtremeSkins Message board knows, I haven't been posting lately. I just kind of got burnt out arguing Colts merits and just got tired of the extreme negativity of some posters. So, am I the only one are there more of us out there?

You're not alone bruddah! ES is a brutal board. Seems like Skins fans there dis each other more than actual Skins players do with opposing teams. Auwe!

Brutal is an understatement. I just got tired of being called a "Hater" because I don't think JC is really all that great. I liked keeping the Cult going as a place for Hawaii fans to get some good talk going. Good to hear from you again. I'll forage in the ES here and there.

I still check in to ES but find most joy at the WarriorBeat and sharing Colt tidbits there.

Aloha All, Redskins land has a lot of band wagon fans....Did you see the game last night it looked like an away game...more steeler fans? Skins ticket holder selling out there seats to steeler fans? As for Colt...he is a in a great place...remember " Zorn inherited Campbell however he SELECTED Colt!!!!!!" the best is yet to come....once they unleash the "Hawaiian gunslinger"....

Did you see where Collins has a ruptured eardrum? Yikes! I hope he heals 100% and hope that Colt is ready if his number gets called. The next few games are for all the marbles!

I just read that he (Todd) practiced today as the 2nd QB. The way Matt Terl talks about how disappointed Colts fans will be, you'd think he was getting annoyed by Colts followers. I'm amazed that people just don't get how devoted Colts fans are and just how much he has endeared himself to the people of Hawaii. I hope that Todd does heal well. Man I'm not liking that Portis is hurt.
Talking about the Steeler game, man the crowd was brutal on the Skins O-line yet the Skins sacked the Steelers just as much. Well, it's the 2nd half of the season. I hope Jason can keep his composure and stay healthy. I still have greater confidence in Colt. Man have Flacco and Ryan done well so far.

Terl is good. He's one that keeps the Colt fire burning with little mentions here and there and pix from practice. What Hawaii fans don't appreciate fully is how many NEW Colt fans there are on the East Coast! The Curly R blog (I was chatting with him) was going to put something in about how the stores cannot keep CB5 jerseys in stock and the NFL Store limitations on rookie items... but he hasn't so far. (I just bugged him by email...)

ExtremeSkins is filled with an excessive amount of blind homers who want to believe Jason Campbell is their future. Campbell is nothing more than a decent game manager who does have a future in the NFL as a BACKUP. These people are also scared to death of Colt getting a chance to play this season - even if the Skins are out of the playoffs, but they'll tell you that they're concerned for Colt. You'd have to be a moron to believe that.

Hello everyone. I am also a ES member Santana _89. I have also been less than impressed with Jason Campbell , and would love to see Colt on the field at Fed Ex Field , one more time this season. I beccame a Colt fan last year in Hawaii and when he talked about Sean Taylor's death it made me LOVE him. So having my beloved Redskins draft him was HEAVEN. I loved seeing him play in the H.O.F game and leading the Skins to victory over Brett Favre and the Jets on his birthday no less.
Anyway hopefully this training camp there WILL be OPEN competition for the starting QB job. Colt really deserves a chance to play with the first team and show EVERYONE what he can do.

I really hope an pray that colt does get the starting job going into next season, I mean whats there to lose. I believe given the talent Campbell has had Colt could get the job done.

It's unfortunate that the best we can hope for is CB being able to compete for the #2 spot in '09.
Zorn was brought here to nurture JC, to prove his investment value and force him to be the type of QB that every team wants, but this franchise is unwilling to admit that what we see now in him is all we'll ever see.

What's sad is I used to have a very high opinion of Zorn from when he played with Seattle, and after this year, I've started to lose respect for him, especially after he refused to play the backups and rookies in the 49er game.
